Q: How do I set up the electric and water?
A: To set up utilities, contact Harrisonburg City Water at 540-434-6783 and Harrisonburg Electric Commission at 540-434-5361. Don't forget to check out JMU's UPDAP Program!
Q: When is rent due?
A: Rent is due on the first of each month. We offer a five day grace period to ensure payment is received prior to 6:00pm. Any payments made after 6pm on the 5th of the month will result in a late fee of 10%.
Q: Who do I make my rent out to?
A: Forest Hills Investment Group
Q: Where do I turn my rent in at?
A: Our management office is located at 1211 Sully Drive Harrisonburg, VA 22801. Payments can be mailed directly to the office, or placed in the drop box located to the right of the office doors.
Q: Do you supply blinds?
A: No, we do not supply blinds. The measurement of the windows are as follows:
Kitchen: 36in width x 39in length
Living Room: 36in width x 63in length
Bedroom: 36in width x 55in length
Q: Do you have to have a parking pass to park?
A: All tenants are issued a parking pass. Please ensure you stop by the office to pick up your pass and register your car. Unregistered vehicles and vehicles without proper documentation are subject to towing at the owners expense.
Q: Do you have guest parking?
A: Designated visitor spaces are located at the back of the property, near the clubhouse. These spaces are first come, first serve.

A: Please email [email protected] to request service to your unit. Be sure to include the unit number in the email as well as a brief description of your request.
